2 months after the horrible experience in Uganda at the over-hyped Miss Planet International 2022, do you think they can bounce back with a stunning production in Cambodia just like in 2019 or will this pageant already damage that caused by the mismanagement from the Ugandan host committee and MPI organization?

Herlene Budol's replacement candidate was revealed by the name of Maria Luisa Valera but without the consent by the (former?) franchise holder Wilbert Tolentino.
But the twist continues as Maria Luisa Valera was appointed by 2019 franchise holder Michael “Miki” Antonio.
Well since Wilbert is not sending Herlene then of course may sumalo the responsibility who is the former ND before Wilbert so he will send the Ma.Luisa Valera who was appointed in 2019 so this is still a legitimate action and no conflict of interest here. I am sure Ma.Luisa will do MUCH BETTER than Herlene would have done.

Wilbert has a 3 year franchise contract, unfortunately MPI org. did not issue the revocation of franchise to Wilbert since he did not receive the letter of revocation against him before the franchise went back to the original franchise holder.
You are still happy that Maria Luisa will compete in the badly reputed & tainted pageant since MPI Organization and the outgoing titleholder went no show in Uganda before the disaster & drama happened?
Miss Planet International looked promising after the successful 2019 pageant but just like other international pageants COVID pandemic caused their postponement until 2022 where most of the countries started to lift travel restrictions. The selection of Uganda as host for 2022 pageant caused red flags like first time host in an major international event and tagged as one of the poorest countries in the world. MPI claimed that they will have 80+ candidates applied for the 2022 pageant in Uganda until Ebola virus started 2 months before the pageant started. Once the news spread out, most of the countries started to with withdraw from the pageant. Only 30+ candidates (mostly from Africa) landed in Uganda but it was just the beginning of major problems ahead like MPI organizers and outgoing titleholder did not arrive in Uganda to check if the girls were safe and treated very well instead we saw this video:

and why Missosology posted this pageant as a scam:
The KF camp would like to clarify to the public that the current unauthorized representative to the Miss Planet International pageant to be held in Cambodia was not prepared nor trained by KF for the competition. We do not support this pageant especially given the bad experience endured by our official representative last year in Uganda. We do not endorse the current representative joining Ms Planet International and repudiate any association with her as trainors for this pageant.
While the 14 candidates of the rescheduled pageant lived the "luxury" in Cambodia, the previous batch experienced very different in Uganda last November 2022.
