He is Jeremy Meeks. A 30 year old Californian who was arrested on weapons and gang charges.

With his high cheekbones, chiselled face and blue eyes, his mugshot went viral on Facebook.

Reports have told he has beaten his wife, failed to pay his child support and considered a "stone cold killer".

So what you think?
