This One is For Ripley's Believe It or Not!

Postby Prozac » Sun Oct 02, 2022 9:44 pm

The fact that 433 bettors will split up and divide among themselves the ₱236,091,188 Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot
prize of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is improbable and doubtful.

Social media users find it incredulous. This one is for Ripley ... and one can smell a rotten rat. The congressmen
asking for an all-out investigation is a step in the right direction.

Wow! That's P607,600 for every PCSO employ... i mean winners! What an early Christmas Bonus. Charot.

Is there a Mathematician here who can explain the possibility of this? It smells like rotten fish! A possible new modus operandi or a possible ploy to cover up another issue? The lavish F1 Singapore trip perhaps?

Oh Philippines. My beloved Philippines. Kaya pa ba?

SOMEONE SAID FROM PCSO "LOYALTY PAYS." IF YOU ARE LOYAL TO YOUR NUMBERS, IT WILL PAY YOU BACK. IF YOU'RE LOYAL TO YOUR WIFE, HE ADDED, YOUR WIFE WILL PAY YOU BACK. BUT ACCORDING TO THE LOTTO PEOPLE HERE IN THE US, THOSE THAT CHOOSE NUMBERS PICKED BY THE THE MACHINE WOULD HAVE A BETTER CHANCE TO WIN THAN BY THE HUMAN PERSON..

Statistical Improbability! Something is suspiciously wrong..

Woah really? 433 winners then winning combination is multiples of 9?
May nagsasabi na error sa system pick, but if that's case then it should be investigated.…

Jerry V Monticalvo
433 jackpot winner in 1 draw. Pang World record to.

Jose Mando
I hope PCSO management clarify the 433 winners. Cguro kahit araw ng Sunday po BUKAS eh magpa presscon po kayo. Sa totoo
lng nilalangaw na po ang Lotto kaya baka lalo kayong humina kung may mga ganyan. Sana po mabigyan ng magandang paliwanag
yung 433 winners tapos may pattern pa yung lumabas na #s, series of 9. To PCSO please don't give us reasons to doubt the fairness
of this game. Salamat po. Pagpalain po kayo ng Diyos na Maykapal.

i think the wining numbers was posted in the internet...this was the reason many won... the app is in the cellphone

I CAN'T BLAME YOU FOR THINKING THIS WAY.
Kahit ako napaisip din.

If there are discrepancies in the number of winners claiming the money (even if it is only 1 person) the amount of
their winnings changes. So the winners should have a heads-up on how many bettors showed up.

I remember in 1992, my older brother was suppose to win 1 million pesos or $37,000 in today's value when Pepsi launched a Promotion named Number fever and in one of their drawings my brother held the winning cap 349 after buying their softdrink. However, there were 800,000 similar caps that Pepsi erroneously made in their plants. In the end, my brother was only given $18 as a goodwill gesture and so the rest of those thousands who had the same caps. Likewise, last 2018 I entered a losing lotto ticket to The Second chance promotion of California Lottery and got the second prize worth $5,000. Though, the first prize was worth $25,000.

I asked a friend this question: Are you more likely to win the lottery if you play the same numbers or if you choose
new ones each time?

His response: It doesn’t matter if you pick new numbers each time you play or if you always play your “lucky numbers”,
or go for computer-generated lucky dips - the chances of your numbers matching the draw are always the same, i.e.
close to nil.

I do think it’s better to pick new numbers each time though - but not because it increases your chances of winning.

Having “lucky numbers” creates a compulsion to play. You create a need to play every week because what if the week
you miss out on playing will be the week your numbers come up? This is part of how the lottery companies trick you into
playing more. By choosing random numbers every time you play, you avoid this. You will no longer care about not buying
a ticket every time because the numbers you pick are random anyway - this way you can keep a small bit of fun from
spiralling out of control into an addiction.

Numerical aberrations usually happen with chromosomes. Examples of numerical chromosomal aberrations are trisomy
in humans aka Down syndrome, which is a developmental disorder caused by an extra copy of chromosome 21; the disorder
is therefore also called trisomy 21.

Numerical aberrations in elections can happen, but it is more intentional, willful, and premeditated. Biden's win over Trump
is a classic example when reports came out there is just a lot of computer results anomalies. Philippine elections which one
do you mean? The 31 million?

Numerical aberrations in lotto? 433 winners are just too much to handle. I just hope all 433 winners were accounted for at
the time the money is paid. If there are ghost winners or even some discrepancy ... then something is really wrong.

Let's wait for the investigations if it is true so be it ... otherwise, people will lose trust in PCSO.

In Gambling, The people who always win are THE OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF THE GAMBLING DEN. People in The 70's here in California would attest to this because mostly THE CASINOS THAT YOU WOULD SEE TODAY WITH ALL THOSE FABULOUS, GLAMOROUS and ASTOUNDING buildings or establishments first started as Tents. But over the years of accumulated earnings from players, they have built An Empire Full of Amenities like Hotel, Restaurants, Shops, gambling Machines and Many others. On the other hand, The U.S. LOTTO Systems in All Combined 50 States have Generated $26 billions last year of earnings after paying out All The Jackpot, Big and Small Winners. In this coming national election, The Casinos of California are in clash with the Proposition against online gambling because they would be impacted as we see from TV ads. BUT THE PUBLIC PLAYERS NEED TO BE PROTECTED BECAUSE THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED AND VICTIMIZED BY SOCIAL INJUSTICE FROM LOSING THEIR LIVELIHOOD MAKING THEM BANCRUPT AND HOMELESS WHILE THESE GAMBLING OWNERS AND OPERSTORS CONTINUED TO ENRICH THEMSELVES AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS. I have heard several times from people in my work who have lost $2,000 when they visit and play at the casino.

Lotto winners Update as per report by TV Patrol:

According to the report, the 433 winners of ₱236,091,188 Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot prize of the Philippine Charity
Sweepstakes Office had started to claim their money. They were happy to get their money and even if they fall short
of becoming the new millionaires, they are grateful they were given the shares of the blessing. Some of the winners
were interviewed by TV Patrol, but their identities were protected.

PCSO head honcho was happy to report the winners did not come from one place alone. Most of the winners are
from Manila, and the rest came from neighboring provinces. Here is the breakdown:

152 - Metro Manila
34 -Cavite
23 -Rizal
21 -Bulacan
20 -Laguna
14 -Batangas
14 -Cebu
_________
288 - Total

433
288
------
145
Lets wait for the 145 other winners to come out and get their money.

TO HAVE A PERFECT PATTERN IN A RANDOMIZED SELECTIONS WITH NO MARGINAL ERROR NEEDS ANSWERS TO THIS MYSTERY. I REMEMBER WHEN I'VE WON $5,000 FROM A LOSING LOTTO TICKET WHICH I HAVE ENTERED INTO THE SECOND CHANCE DRAWING. I APPLIED THE SAME PATTERN OF WAYS ON SUBMITTING THE ENTRIES BUT 4 YEARS HAVE GONE, I HAVE NEVER WON AGAIN. IN CONTRAST TO THE PCSO DRAW, THERE WERE EVEN 433 WINNERS THAT STRIKE WITH A PERFECT PATTERN. ON THE OTHER HAND, WHEN MY BROTHER IS SUPPOSE TO WIN $37,000 FROM A WINNING CAP OF A SOFTDRINK PROMOTION BUT THERE WERE 800,000 OTHER PEOPLE CLAIMING FOR THE SAME PRIZE. HOWEVER, THE SOFTDRINK COMPANY HONESTLY MADE A MISTAKE WHICH ANSWERS TO THE QUESTION WHY THERE WERE SO MANY WINNERS WHO TURNED OUT. FURTHERMORE, DECADES AGO IN ANOTHER STATE, THE WINNING NUMBERS WHICH WERE DRAWN WITH A PERFECT PATTERN WAS INVESTIGATED AND IT WAS FOUND OUT WHEREIN THERE WAS ANOMALOUS ACTIVITIES THAT DID HAPPEN FROM SOME PEOPLE AT THE LOTTO OFFICE. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE NUMBER IN QUESTION WAS 9 WHICH MANY CONSIDER THAT NUMBER AS LUCKY. EVEN PEOPLE WOULD ASSOCIATE IT TO A SUPERSTITION AND THE MYSTERY OF THAT SPECIFIC NUMBER AS " LUCKY 9." LIKEWISE, THIS ADDS UP TO THE CONNECTION THAT SOME HOCUS FOCUS ACTS HAPPENED CONSIDERED BY MANY. HOWEVER, IF THERE WAS REALLY A GOOD INTETION TO THIS SITUATION, THE PUBLIC COULD ONLY HOPE THAT THE MONEY SHARED BY SO MANY PEOPLE WOULD GO A LONG WAY DURING THIS FINANCIAL HARD TIMES WITH PANDEMIC AND WAR CRISIS PRESENTLY GOING ON SINCE THE PRIZE MONEY WAS RECEIVED BY HUNDREDS OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE RECORDED HISTORY OF MANKIND.
