After failing to be part of Bb. Pilipinas last year and her failed MWPh campaign, she will now try MPE. Hmmm. I wish a new face will win MPE 2020 like Celeste in 2018.

"Do you want to make a change but don’t exactly know how? It’s good to invest on books as a reliable source for the do’s and don’ts when it comes to saving the environment.
Learning is a process and it is an unending journey for knowledge. We learn something new each day and it’s good that we open our hearts to the idea of learning even more. Little steps to improve and be better people can be the actual change we need to see in this world. The more we learn things the more we can teach, encourage and guide other people."

"If you have been looking for an easy and convenient 1st step to Volunteer Effort and Time (VET) for our Earth, go and consistently use a reusable drinking bottle!
Did you know that back in 2015 the Philippines ranked 3rd in the world as the biggest source of plastic leaking into our seas? We have a serious plastic pollution situation and though great effort has been done by LGUs to fix this, we ALL have the chance to individually pitch into efforts to correct this problem by adopting a zero-waste lifestyle, which can be begun by rejecting single-use plastic bottles and making a simple switch to reusable bottles.
Benefits of this environmental tip include the ff:
- Reduction of usage and demand for plastic bottles which will mean less oil and water will be used to make them.
- Less carbon dioxide and plastic trash will be released/left in the environment.
- Users have less exposure to harmful chemicals present in single-use plastic bottles.
This is why no matter where I may be, may it be in the comfort of my own home or in the middle of a busy day at work, I never go anywhere without my own bottle. Just don't forget to make sure that it's also BPA-Free, to ensure that it's free from Bisphenol A, a chemical linked to cancer, reduced fertility, diabetes and birth defects.
So what are you waiting for? Join us as we #VETforourEarth today! Get your own reusable drinking bottle!"

"RETHINK. There has to be a paradigm shift from the usual practice of just throwing away your used straws. Our "change beauty" weaving used straws into a market basket. In this way we could lessen our waste that pollutes our oceans and beaches.
In a year about 8 million metric tons of plastic ends up in our oceans and 0.025% of it comprised of straws. In order to make a market basket like that, you need about 450 to 500 straws to complete. Though the figure is far from what it is dumped in the ocean, it somehow reduce.
The road to sustainability is long and challenging. It involves changing people’s behavior combined with the right system and infrastructure, but most of all, we all need to do our part and work together."
