Before this year ends, I want ti show my appreciation for 4 of the most DC supportive NDs of Miss Earth
1. COLOMBIA
Despite only placing Top 16 this year, Sir Elias showed sportsmanship and vowed to come back stronger next year. I pray that they get that coveted crown very soon!
2. KAZAKHSTAN
The ND of Kazakhstan (I believe her name is Ms. Julie) was always with her delegate during almost all of the mini competitions and prelims. I really admire the support and effort she and her team exhibited during the pageant. She is observing and I hope their team secures a placement very soon
3. NIGERIA
Oh, I simply adore her! I love talking to her. She is a woman full of wisdom. I'm so glad she secured that placement after years of hardwork. I cannot forget the things she told me about the pageant and her observations about the girls which mostly came true. She also cooks for Susan whenever she misses Nigerian foods and she places it on a lunch box (aka red coleman). Truly the Queen Bae of Niger Delta!
4. PUERTO RICO
I'm so glad the Puerto Rican franchise finally went to the right hands. Joe Ahmed is truly a hands on ND and I admire how supportive he was with Nellys. He shared with us that he prepared every single dress that Nellys is going to wear and groomed her to become a beauty queen. He saw potential in Nellys even if no one believe in his decision at first. The connection between them is truly like a family which is evident with the way he celebrated as Nellys advanced in the competition. Joe invested not only time and money but also emotions and I truly admire him for that.
I hope Miss Earth continues to find NDs as passionate as these people in the coming years especially in countries like India and Thailand.
