It will just be pathetic to witness just like what happend to Stephanie. PhungKhan last year did not have a parade I think but there was a homecoming event attended by her entire village. That was something wonderful.

I actually don't think a parade, I only remember Miss Universes getting like those "stop the traffic" parades because Stephanie got an unannounced barely publicized parade (I didn't even know she was coming, and I literally returned to Misso because of HER). So I think that until Miss Earth becomes a bit more known in PR, a meet and greet works just fine because the local org recognizes that the common folk doesn't really know the pageant
Agree. It would be too much to expect a parade for an Earth Queen in PR this soon. Perhaps it might happen the next time PR wins the crown and that all depends on how much the pageant community and the public embrace Miss Earth during Queen Nelly’s reign. So we need to temper our expectations. I’d be perfectly fine with a warm welcome from her family and friends.
Yup, that’s acceptable. We have to be realistic here. But definitely, I am pretty sure that this will be the start of something good, not only for Nellys, but also for ME in Puerto Rico.
I definitely remember Melissa’s homecoming last year... that was a blast! Not as large as those of Miss Universe’s but one for the books. Just a bit like that and I would be satisfied with Nellys homecoming...
Grand parade fit for a queen.

Don’t worry. Even if only five people showed up at her Meet & Greet, her event would still be grander than that fat cow’s homecoming in 2016.

Let’s not use this thread to put down other PR Queens. I’m sure our Queen prefers it that way. Gracias!

It was made by a fan and was gifted to Phuong Khanh so she gets to keep it.
That distorted replica Nellys is wearing is an eye sore.
