EARTHLINGS POST ARRIVAL HOTPICKS
Welcome to the Earthlings Post Arrival Hotpicks 2019!
It’s the Miss Earth Season and everyone’s got to be treated again to a very interesting mix of glam, beauties, intelligence, and worthwhile pre-pageant activities – the best among all the Big Four Pageants! This year’s crop of quality delegates are making it very hard for everyone to choose their bets and create their own Top 18. With so many frontrunners to choose from, many are left scratching their heads as to who they will root for come final’s night.
But this list has to be done! Through the combined Top 18 picks of 16 Earthlings and other ME thread active forumers, we present to you this post arrival hotpick (which is a favorite’s list more than a prediction)…
MISS EARTH – PUERTO RICO, NELLYS PIMENTEL
PUERTO RICO leads the pack with 6 forumers (out of 16) placing her as Miss Earth and 8, placing her as part of the elemental court. She is a picture of a perfect Miss Earth for many of the forumers: sweet but confident demeanor, statuesque, soft beauty, and a touch of class and intelligence in her speech. She is a complete package! Many forumers comment that the Miss Earth Crown is hers to lose as of this moment.
MISS AIR – INDIA, TEJASWINI MANOGNA
Teju has what it take to wrestle the crown from the front runner Puerto Rico. She was chosen as Miss Earth by 4 forumers while 8 placed her as part of the elemental court. She really bloomed after arriving in the Philippines and no one can deny that these girl can speak – better than when she was still in her national pageant. She must have found her confidence after winning, and it’s definitely working in her favor.
MISS WATER – USA, EMANI DAVIS
Emani is the most popular delegate of this year’s Miss Earth since she was crowned (and even before she was crowned as Miss Earth USA, she was already the choice of many of us here for the crown). She is able to maintain that until now and she can actually be found consistently in many hotpicks published over the internet. She is voted as Miss Earth by the 2 forumers while 11 placed her as part of the elemental court. Many are hoping that she (as well as Ghana) will be the first women of color to outright win the coveted Miss Earth crown.
MISS FIRE – COLOMBIA, YENNY CARRILLO
Yenny is also a favorite to win in her national pageant. She did win and are making waves in this year’s international pageant. With body to die for, angelic face, and proper demeanor, she is expected to continue Colombia’s exemplary performance in Miss Earth by placing again as part of the elemental court or winning the Miss Earth crown for her nation for the very first time! She has received 2 votes from the forumers as Miss Earth while 7 placed her in the elemental court.
Other delegates who have received vote as Miss Earth are Ghana and Czech Republic with one vote each.
TOP 8
CZECH REPUBLIC-GHANA-NETHERLANDS-NEPAL
Czech Republic is an angel sent from heaven down to earth to bless us all with her beauty. She is definitely the most beautiful delegate this year according to many fans, and we definitely agree! Ghana made her presence felt with her fun ways coupled with a very beautiful face and proper styling. Netherlands is another beauty who started the competition quietly and is now gaining steam. Nepal, the most beautiful among her queen sisters in her national pageant, doesn’t let herself get behind and consistently makes an effort to shine.
TOP 18
VENEZUELA-SPAIN-PHILIPPINES-GUAM-BELARUS
Venezuela is Venezuela, everyone should remember that. She has bloomed and much prettier now since her crowning as Miss Earth Venezuela, and currently in her fighting form to reclaim the crown for Venezuela for the 3rd time. Spain is bringing out her inner flair and are giving the other ladies a run for their money. Many are hesitant to put Philippines in their list because, well, she is Miss Philippines but we really cannot discount a Miss Philippines – in any pageant! She is doing her best and she shines! Guam is another stunner and considered as one of the best in the Asia-Pacific Region. Belarus, Oh God! Another angel sent from heaven… she deserve to be up here or even win it all just for her sheer beauty!
UKRAINE-BELGIUM-PORTUGAL-NEW ZEALAND-BOLIVIA
Ukraine is another goddess. She wasn’t immediately noticed by the fans when she was crowned but when she arrived in the host country, she made many fans swoon to her beauty. Belgium is one of those who have unassuming beauty that whenever you look at her longer, the more you fall for her. Being one of those who were crowned early, Portugal was able to maintain her “favorite” status. She was a very good successor to last year’s Thelma Madeira. New Zealand, together with Guam, is considered the gem of the Pacific region in this year’s competition. She reminds many people of the Hollywood star Mila Kunis. Bolivia is here to fight for the crown. She has the beauty of an innocent lady armed with her impressive resume as she is an environmental engineer so she definitely knows what she is saying whenever she talks about the environment. She may take it all!
BUBBLING UP
GUATEMALA-SOUTH SUDAN-NIGERIA-MEXICO-CROATIA-RUSSIA-GUYANA-ENGLAND
Any of these 8 ladies are also very much deserving to be part of the top 18. With still weeks of the pageant to come, there’s still plenty of time and events where they will be able to showcase themselves and prove that they indeed has what it take to be up there!
