As of the moment: Only 3 African delegates at 69th Miss Universe?

So far only Ghana, Mauritius and South Africa already announced their delegates from Africa at the 69th Miss Universe, if there will be no further announcements then this will be the lowest turnout from Africa at Miss Universe since 1990. Do you think South Africa's recent three consecutive Top 2 finish (near three peat victory) caused some African nations to be discouraged in participating at Miss Universe or they have lost interest at Miss Universe while other pageants kept these countries competing?

Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Seychelles already proclaimed their delegates in other rescheduled Big 5 pageants, so there is a problem other than pandemic.
