Changes...bring back the Miss Universe 90's vibes.
I hate to see and hear the speech segment from semifinalists. No more continental selections, no wildcards, no fan votes.
Bring back the beauty olympics vibes of the pageant. Bloodbath of beauties, bodies, gowns and a single question to the Final 3.

Bring Back the Scores in the Live Telecast.
Then show the scores for each judges too, with Weighted Average Scores in all segments.
Then in Top 5, only show the scores of each judges without total scores.
During the 90s, people are hooked to the pageant even if their candidate does not make it to the list because the scores makes it so much fun like a real contest based on MERIT!

My choices are, Sydney or Melbourne, Cape Town or Johanesburg. Rio De Janeiro, Panama City, Mexico City, Los Angeles, New York, Honolulu, Singapore, Bangkok, Paris, Madrid or Toronto. No Steve Harvey and Lu Sierra pls and pls bring back the lively dance intro and fun intro of candidates and stop the continental picks and lessen the talk show portion and bigger runways kbye

The problem with revealing the scores on TV in the modern era was the use of social media. If a supporter of a contestant watched at home instead of pageant venue and see the scores, he/she can post the scores on their social media account and the audience at the venue will already see it on their smartphones or handheld pads. It might created a spoiler and lack of excitement because they already knew who made it and who were eliminated before the announcement of finalists.

NBC anchors can't host FOX show, Mario is also NBC show's host
FOX anchors are trash, and Ryan has been accused sexual misconduct
Maybe some actor or actress can be good choice
Daisy Fuentes isn't part of NBC, yes I loved her Miss Universe hosting skill. She can be a good host

However, I think that after first question instead of announcing the top 3, they should announce the bottom 2 and name them as 4th RU and 3rd RU respectively. After that, the 3 left standing answer the final question. That would give us closure on the top 5 placements, give much deserved recognition to the two who made it to the top 5, and still give the girls in the top 3 another shot to battle it out in another question round.
