I knew Thailand had a strong fight for Miss International with her dedication and perseverance, while Thailand captivated our hearts with her experience.

Exactly 31 years ago, Thailand won the Miss Universe 1988 title with Porntip Nakhirunkanok.
If Fahsai Drouin wins again in this edition it would be the third victory for her country!

Depende padin yan sa performance ni Fahsai. Ganyang ganyan din tayo nun 2013, dalawang crown pa nga napanalunan natin MW at Supra...... taas lahat ng confidence natin sa Miss Universe nun November that year hoping mapanalo din ni Ariella Arida. Pero hindi. Destiny padin mananaig. Destiny padin ng Venezuela nanaig. Keber kahit andami na nila crown basta standout sa gabing yun, at favored sayo halos lahat judges, ikaw padin ang wagi!

if you gonna compare the preparations and actual look before the send off , fahsai has a huge chance so the pressure was on her as this moment... If she win it then it would be great for thailand another history for them

Miss Supranational and Miss Universe: High chance of winning just not to f* up the on stage question and answer.

Miss World: Still depends on the performance at the head to head challenge. As we knew that Thailand back-out as host country at MW 2019 and preferred for MW 2020.

Sorry, Universe Venezuela 2019 looks like a facially-challenged tranny.

From the Americas alone, Chile, Mexico, Panama, and Brazil will eat her alive.

I’d put her slightly above the old and ugly auntie from the USA (the North Carolina one, not the fake Puerto Rico one from Florida).

I would rather have Thailand bag the Performer of the Year for 2019, rather than that other neighbor of ours in which its fan base is all trash talk about the Philippine queens but hasn't proven anything, couldn't even get past the Top 15 at Miss Universe. ;,) ;,) ;,) ;/)) ;/)) ;/))

I'm seriously not banking on another Philippine win this year. That being said, I wouldn't mind Thailand or Brazil winning. I really believe these two are the biggest contenders for the crown. However, i'm leaning more towards Julia as I think Fahsai has been losing momentum lately. When she was crowned earlier this year, all eyes were on her. But slowly, she has been disappearing. If anything, Thailand's recent win at Miss International has brought her back into the limelight. I really hope she does her assignment diligently. This year, I think the Philippines, Thailand, and India are the anchors of Asia.

Regarding Miss Universe, they are competing with a candidate that has no material to fit in the top 20, i see her organization is doing a great effort to prepare her a to give her this "strong profile" of a winner, but talking about the canddiate herself, she doesnt has anything different from the past titleholders of this pageant, she can not overshadow Catriona o Demi Leigh with her bio, and this is about doing a "better" choice of a winner year after year and that way becoming more competitive, so the countries will send girls with more competitive profiles every year .

Prefabricated profiles from many girls such as Brazil, Thailand and Colombia don't work nowadays, they are more of the same, if the MUO wants to break down quickier, they should choose a girl with a generic, unespecial profile as the overrated ones that the fans claim.

Yes gurl. Because there's always a different set of panel of judges during the finals. And the Q&A round has been always a game changer to everything! They might already have a possible winner prior the coronation night, but if that girl messed up in Q&A portion, the org. will have a hard time justifying her win, so that girl might end up place as runner up only.

The filipinos are sitting pretty over here, having two winners in 4 years who have a huge following on social media and changed the image of Miss Universe, and they also have an incredible placement streak since 2010. Don't worry, they're good and happy.
If anything, you should worry abour your girl's speaking skills since they only thing Thai girls seem to do well is dress up for two weeks and flop when they have the opportunity to speak.

Well, losing a competition competing as "defending champion" (especially when your country has the most number of Miss Universe crown in one particular continent) isn't that painful, and more easier to move on. Than competing where you think your country has "once in a bluemoon" strong caliber queen, where she almost win, but end up not winning. It's more painful to move on with that sucky situation. I always see that situation in pageants and football, and powerhouse countries are capable to move on easily.

Most likely they will smile at Thais with the back of their teeth like this :-D Trying to hide their rage. But nevertheless Thais deserve a Miss Universe. They are the nicest fans of Pageantry.

the same way Venezuela always give a heart attack to Boricua each time Venezuela wins a crown. Imagine Miss Universe 2008, 2009 and 2013. Double dead for Boricuas

It's going to be a long shot for Gazini, considering we hold the current title. Add to the fact that Gazini is not as witty as Demi and Catriona. Not even as charming as Pia. Just being honest. Gone are the days of winning because of fierceness. IMG wants a sensible, inspirational woman. When I saw her advertisement on TV inviting to watch the pageant live, I feel she might not even get even into the semis. She doesn't sound genuine. Our Miss World contestant is also another long shot. She just doesn't register well on TV and she really forgettable like the Philippine rep for Miss Earth. The queens of Mutya are much better this year. Cyrille just did a wonderful job in Malaysia and won over the favorites like Miss Indonesia and Miss Thailand. Her Miss Tourism International victory needs to be celebrated. Well deserve!

All Thai representatives these year are well prepared. They all know when to strike and hit the points to win, even that Coco from Miss Gwand. All the drama and overacting performance on the finals pave her the way to win a runner up spot. Nobody even thought that Miss Earth Thailand would be in the finals considering all the bashing and disapproval of fans over her selection. Now she is a hot item in Thailand having interviews left and right. Her inclusion in the semis of Miss Earth has made a mark over the the Thai pageant fans to love Miss Earth again. Miss Tourism Thailand was all over the news in Thailand because of her outstanding performance in the recently concluded finals.

Their Miss International representative this year is well fitted for the title. She manages to exude all the qualities of charm, being subtle and well spoken to be the next winner. I have no doubt Fahsai will also make it to the finals. I'm pretty sure that MUO is awaken of the noise she created in the pageant scene. It is also good for business that if she win, Thai businessmen will surely be interested in hosting next edition. All she needs is to be as calm as Catriona when answering her final question.

We also cannot forget the presence that Thailand made over last years edition of Miss World. It happened several times that a previous performing delegate in Miss World who has been on the center stage of the pageant and has not won will have a chance to be the next title holder. Miss Mexico in 2017 was first runner up before they won in 2018. Venezuela was 2nd runner up in 2010 before they won in 2011. And of course Thailand was first runner up last year and could possibly host next year, so do I need to say more?

I will not be surprise if Thailand will be the "Performer of the Year".
