Discipline is necessary to look beautiful. To be fit or out of shape is a woman's choice. To be identified as beautiful or unsightly is the consequence of that choice. You can continue to fool yourself, deny what you see in the mirror. Afterall, the world seems more beautiful in a make believe world. If the dress won't fit, that's a wake up call.
