5 years ago, Thailand almost sealed "Performer of the Year" award prior to 63rd Miss Universe due to strong performance from Miss International, Miss Earth and Miss World (added bonus Miss Supranational since their 1st Runner Up score was not yet added prior to 2016) but when Pimbongkod Chankaew failed to place in the Top 15, USA and Colombia unseat Thailand and finished 1st and 2nd place respectively.
