It's not the ND, it's the representative's fault. They're not forced to go but some are foolish for some minor crown and title. That pageant has no prestige. They think they got a free trip, board and lodging but once they get there.. they will see.

i couldn't imagine that in an unsafe place, the venue offers free admission ticket.... my gowd....
